The Pallini creek runs through the suburb of Pallini located in the North - East basin of the Great Athens area.This project involved major gabion retaining wall construction in order to provide scouring embankment protection.The execution of the project was carried out during the winter period and temporary measures were taken to facilitate the construction during extreme flooding events.
